Watch and learn how to make eggless chocolate donut at home from our chef Sonali Raut on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Skip the store bought donuts for an easy homemade ones! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 Cups All Purpose Flour <br />1/2 tsp Salt <br />1/4th Cup Butter <br />1/4th Cup Warm Milk <br />2 tbsp Sugar <br />1 & 1/2 tsp Yeast <br />Oil for deep frying <br />1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate <br />1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate <br />Colored Sprinklers <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl add all purpose flour and little salt. Add butter around the flour. <br />- Make a well in between and add sugar, dry yeast and warm milk into it. <br />- Make a soft dough with your hands by adding warm milk as required. <br />- Apply little oil to the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and rest it for 45 minutes to rise. <br />- After the dough has risen divide it in two portions. <br />- Make a flat thick surface with rolling pin. <br />- Make small donuts shapes with the help of cutter. <br />- Keep the donuts aside for sometime and apply some oil to keep them moist. <br />- Fry the donuts in an moderately hot oil on medium flame. <br />- Double steam the chocolate and milk chocolate. <br />- Pour one side of the donuts in chocolate and keep it aside. <br />-Yummy Chocolate Donuts are ready!
